Keep fit and healthy this Spring!

This spring we have a wide variety of sports and activities for all ages and abilities.

We have Specsavers Surrey Youth games for those under 16 and volunteering roles for those over 16 who want to get involved. We also have a whole range of sessions as part of Get Active 50+ where those over the age of 50 are able to take up new activities or continue to practice their skills.

Surrey Youth Games is an annual event where we offer, with Specsavers and Active Surrey, eight weeks of free training, starting in April, followed by a competition weekend in June, to children across the county. For all the details visit our Surrey Youth Games page.

The registration page can be found here: https://www.riderhq.com/c/surreyyouthgames.

For those that wish to volunteer for this event, contact sport@runnymede.gov.uk to register your interest or to find out more.

Our Get Active 50+ sessions run weekly and some have new courses starting this month. We offer a wide range of sessions including: jogging, dancing, walking sports, badminton and swimming. To find out more information and the times & dates of our sessions, visit our dedicated pages.

In addition we have the park run which happens every Saturday at Ottershaw Memorial Fields, everyone is welcome. We also have led walks for all abilities which meet every Monday, from Manor Farm Centre at 10am. Information for these activities can be found on our Activities pages.
