The garden waste collection is an annual subscription service. To join you will need to pay for a Runnymede Borough Council garden waste bin and a year's subscription. Once you have your bin you only need to pay the annual subscription cost.
The easiest way to apply for planning permission is via the Planning Portal, where you can submit you application and payment online. However, if you would prefer to download a pdf copy of the application form, you will find links to the forms on this page.

Changes to mandatory HMO licensing came into force on 1 October 2018
