This service allows you to receive weekly email notifications about new planning applications that are registered within a specified area of a chosen property. Please complete the form to sign up.
The quickest and easiest way to apply for planning permission is via the Planning Portal website.
The Building Control system exists to ensure that buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with the Building Regulations & Associated Legislation.
You can comment on current planning applications. You can also use the planning application search or Runnymede's interactive mapping service to look at current and historical planning applications.
The Council has a statutory duty to investigate planning enforcement complaints, but has sole discretion as to whether to instigate formal enforcement action in each case.
