Runnymede Walking For Health
Tuesdays, 1.30pm. Various walk locations throughout Runnymede
Woking & Runnymede Health Walks is your local Walking for Health scheme. The walks are free, fun and friendly - perfect to help you get active and meet new people. All walks are a maximum of 90 minutes and finish with a chance for refreshments and a chat!
We also have 'starter' walks (a maximum of 30 mins) every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 11am in the Runnymede area - perfect if you're new to exercise, have a health condition or just want to try it out .
If you'd like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of our walks a few minutes early, so that one of our trained walk leaders can take your details. Then you're free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like.
A full programme of walks can be found at Runnymede Health Walks. If you want to know more before you start, just get in touch with Tasha Feddery (walks coordinator) e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07473 404962 / 01483 757461.
