There are two local museums within Runnymede borough, in Chertsey and Egham.

Chertsey Museum

Chertsey Museum is the local authority museum for the borough. We fund it with support from the Olive Matthews Trust.

It houses collections detailing the history of Addlestone, Chertsey and Egham and the surrounding villages, as well as a nationally-significant costume collection.

The Museum also holds regular temporary exhibitions on a variety of subjects and organises activities and events for children and adults.
