Runnymede Borough Council is part of Arts Partnership Surrey (APS) - an alliance of nine local councils and trusts, working together to bring cultural experiences to residents.
The partnership's current priorities are:
- Community - support health and wellbeing
- Economy - boost cultural tourism and promote the creative industries
- People - engage with children, young people and families and support vulnerable and isolated adults
- Arts and Culture - develop new audiences and encourage cultural activity in unusual spaces
The Barn Dance Effect - Call Out
The call out for a participatory live arts experience to take to new or existing community events and festivals in Surrey has now closed.

Learning to Fly
Using spoken word and poetry we'll be exploring the impact of World War 1 and the hidden stories of local people in various locations in Surrey .
In Runnymede, two workshops will be taking place at Chertsey Museum on Saturday 30 September as part of Living Well Week 2017 and Saturday 14 October, 11am until 12.30pm. To register your interest in attending this event please e-mail the firstname.lastname@example.org.
