From 29 April 2020 all Committee meetings that are taking place will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams with audio access to the public via registered dial in only. Please see pages 1 and 2 of respective agenda for details of arrangements for public speaking only in the case of Planning Committee and Full Council, and public listening for all meetings. For the start times of meeting please refer to Page 1 of the Agenda.

Council business is conducted through a network of Committees and Sub Committees, each comprising of between 5 and 15 Councillors.
Find your Borough and County Councillors and MP here. The Council has 41 Councillors in total, three in 13 of the wards and two in one ward (Englefield Green East), elected to represent the public.

Councillors and co-opted Members of the Council are required to observe a code of conduct.

Councillors are responsible for the overall policy direction of the Council and take all of the significant decisions concerning the Authority's services and expenditure.
When they take office our Councillors and co-opted Members are required to abide by a Code of Conduct made under the Localism Act 2011.
