Full Council
The Full Council consists of all 41 Members. Meetings are chaired by the Mayor and take place seven times a year to discuss:
- Annual Budget and Council Tax levels
- Corporate Plan
- Key Policy Documents and Strategies and matters relating to the Council's Constitution
Public speaking at Full Council
The Council allows the public to speak or ask a question at Full Council meetings. Details of your rights are set out in a leaflet which is available from the Council and on our website.
