Town centre regeneration

Through our ongoing £200million Runnymede Regeneration Programme, we are committed to upgrading the area's town centres, as well as improving infrastructure and public facilities.

Our aim is to support local people, improve our economy and enhance our environment, by creating modern and lively high streets where everyone can enjoy shopping and socialising.

The programme is also intended to create an even better place for small businesses, medium sized enterprises and larger firms to launch or expand by providing an environment which is attractive to employees and customers.

We are working with Places for People, one of the UK's largest property development and regeneration companies, which has a strong track record in building sustainable communities and mixed-use developments.
