A public consultation for the Southampton to London Pipeline Project has been launched.
The six-week consultation began on 19 March 2018 and will end on 30 April 2018.
Esso is replacing its underground aviation fuel pipeline which runs from the Fawley Refinery near Southampton to the West London Terminal storage facility in Hounslow.
This initial non-statutory consultation is the first of two consultations to seek views on the replacement pipeline proposals to help the company select the preferred pipeline corridor.
Both consultations will take place before Esso will seek permission to replace the pipeline.
You can have your say on the project at www.slpproject.co.uk - this is the fastest way to take part in this consultation.
All information related to this consultation can be found at www.slpproject.co.uk.
A programme of exhibitions near to the proposed pipeline corridors has been arranged to enable communities to meet members of the project team and to raise any questions they may have about the project. Information will also be available from the council's civic offices in Addlestone:
