Chertsey Hall offers free Wi-Fi, an outside patio and seating area, baby changing facilities and affordable pricing packages that include everything you need to host your event.
Our Business Packages offer convenience and great value for money, giving the essential requirements to host any business event. The packages include room hire, projector, screen, flip chart and kitchen for beverages and prices are per hour with a 2 hour minimum booking.

The Children's Party Packages are designed to everything needed to host a child's birthday party. The 3 hour packages include, room hire, kitchen for food prep and storage, hirer's liability insurance, PA system and music licensing fees. If you need more than 3 hours, there is the option to add further hours.
Please note - Alcohol is not permitted. If the party is an 18th or 21st please refer to our Function Packages.

If you are hosting a special occasion such as a wedding, special birthday, anniversary, engagement or any other celebrations then we offer inclusive Function Packages. Our 6 hour packages include room hire, access to a stocked and tendered bar service, kitchen for beverages, hirer's liability insurance, PA system and music licensing fees. If you require more time or more space, you can add additional hours or one of our smaller rooms to your booking. If 6 hours is too long, you can book the hourly rate which has a 2 hour minimum booking.

Runnymede Borough Council recognise and value the important role that community groups play and have developed Community Packages that include room hire and use of the kitchen for beverages. We are committed to holding your regular hire slots for up to two years in advance with a nominal holding deposit of £50. Prices are per hour with a 2 hour minimum booking.

To qualify for this rate the group should be based in the borough or a neighbouring borough and their primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of Runnymede residents. The group should be either not-for-profit or making only a small profit which is reinvested to cover its future costs. No member should be receiving a salary or payment for their services. Community groups should not be part of a larger organisation which is a profit making business.

Catering - If you need to cook food on site for your event you will need full access to the commercial kitchen equipment. This is provided at an additional cost of £50 for up to 100 guests or £100 for 100+ guests.
Bringing in a Third Party Company - If you are planning on bringing in third party entertainment or catering in for your event you will need to ensure the providers have £5m Public Liability Insurance. A copy of their insurance certificate will need to be provided with your booking.
Payment - A deposit of £50 (£200 for Function Package) is required if a booking is made 2 or more months prior to the date of hire. Full payment is required for bookings made 2 months or less ahead of the hire.
