A final round of public consultation on proposed Main Modifications to the Runnymede 2030 Local Plan has begun.
Runnymede Borough Council has launched a public consultation on a series of Main Modifications it is proposing to make to its Runnymede 2030 Local Plan.
The six-week consultation period begun on Friday 10 January, and will continue until Friday 21 February 2020.
The proposed Main Modifications have been drafted following the conclusion of public hearings into the soundness of the Runnymede Local Plan. These hearings took place in November 2018, February 2019 and November 2019, and were led by a Government appointed Planning Inspector.
All representations made through the current consultation will be provided to the Inspector for consideration, before finalising an examination report and any final Main Modifications considered necessary to ensure a 'sound' Local Plan.
The Council want to hear your views on the proposed Main Modifications. The consultation documentation can be viewed here, or in paper copy at the Civic Centre and local libraries.
