Alternative payment methods

My payment account

You can now set up an account that allows you to view your payment history, store card details and set up recurring card payments or direct debits.

To set this up go to www.runnymede.gov.uk and select the pay for it page. You will see My Payments Account, the registration process is quick and easy.

Direct Debit

This is the easiest and most cost effective way of making regular payments. It takes the worry out of remembering to pay because the council collect the payments direct from your bank or building society account on the agreed date. You will be given at least 14 days notice prior to the first deduction or if there is an amendment to the amount owed. You can arrange for a mandate to be sent to you by contacting Customer Services, submitting an on-line mandate or you can set up a direct debit in "My Payment Account".

By phone or online

You can pay by debit or credit card using our 24-hour automated payment service by calling 01932 838383 selecting option 1. Have your debit or credit card details and account / invoice number available when you call. 

You can also pay on line at www.runnymede.gov.uk

You can also set up instalments using your card using the My Payment Account found on the "Pay for various services" page or by calling Customer Services on 01932 838383

By Direct Debit (BACS)

You can pay by Direct Credit but you must quote your Runnymede account / invoice number otherwise we will be unable to allocate your payment correctly.

At any Post Office or Pay Point outlet

You can take your invoice to any Post Office or shop offering the Pay Point facility.
