Hardship relief
We will consider applications for hardship relief from local businesses in very exceptional circumstances and if they fulfil special conditions, including where the applicant can demonstrate that it is in the interest of the borough's Council Tax payers, as a whole, to provide financial relief.
Qualifying businesses are typically ones which provide a unique service and it would be detrimental to the interests of Runnymede borough residents if this business ceased trading.
Please read our guidance notes before you apply for hardship relief.
