Household recycling and rubbish collections

Find out what can go in your bins, when your waste collection day is and about bulky and clinical waste collections.

You can find out your bin collection days by entering your postcode.

Our pdf icon collection calendar [1Mb] tells you which weeks we will collect the recycling and rubbish bins.

We also offer weekly collections of most unwanted small electrical items and textiles.

We are unable to empty any recycling bins that have non-recyclable material inside. Please check our pdf icon detailed list [202kb] of what can't go in your recycling bins to ensure that we can empty your bins. If your bin is marked by our crews as contaminated, you will need to remove any non-recyclable objects before your next recycling collection day.
