Xplorer Orienteering Challenge

A fun, engaging challenge where explorers must find tokens around their local parks. The aim of the project is to get children and young people active and outside within their community, trying to find specific themed tokens.

Self defence workshop

Self Defence workshops delivered to children and young people from the ages of 10-18. These workshops aim to give children and young people the knowledge and education of how to protect themselves within the community.

They are taught how to identify potential dangers and de-escalate confrontation situations. The workshops cover building confidence, verbal de-escalation and physical intervention with the overall aim to get to a place of safety.
