Age related discount - From 1 April 2019 the 50% (will reduce to 25% from April 2026) discount for age has been applied to those who have reached their state pension age rather than for all plot-holders over 60. This will apply to new plot-holders only and not to plot-holders who have a current tenancy agreement in place prior to 1 April 2019.
