A Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) is a location-based tool designed to stop individuals or groups committing antisocial behaviour in a public space.
The power to instigate a PSPO comes from the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and allows Council’s to place restrictions and requirements within a defined area to prevent antisocial behaviour.
