You need permission to:
- Keep an animal or reptile (except fish or caged birds)
- Carry out improvements or alterations or adaptations to your home (Secure Tenants only)
- Own and store a mobility scooter
- Park any motor home, caravan, business vehicle or boat at your property or on RBC land such as residential carparks
- Install CCTV/Video doorbell to your home
- Use your home to run a business
- Take in a lodger (Secure Tenants only)
- Remove, alter, replace or plant any hedge, fence or tree in your garden
- Erect any sheds or any structure in the garden
- Exchange your home (Secure Tenants only)
- Dig a pond in your garden
- Have a visitor for more than two nights (Independent Retirement Living only)
- Transfer your tenancy
