Service to the Community Award - Individual
For people who go out of their way to improve the lives of others, build good relationships, and encourage positive community spirit.  This person could be in paid employment but who goes above and beyond in their role to support to the community.

Service to the Community Award - Organisation
For organisations who go out of their way to improve the lives of others, build good relationships, and encourage positive community spirit. This organisation could be a commercial enterprise that goes the extra mile to support to the community.

Volunteer of the Year
For volunteers who have made a positive contribution to their community through giving their time voluntarily for the benefit of others and demonstrated their outstanding commitment to their role.

Young Volunteer of the Year (Under 18)
For volunteers under the age of 18 years old who have made a positive contribution to their community through giving their time voluntarily for the benefit of others and demonstrated their outstanding commitment to their role.

Volunteer Group of the Year
For volunteer organisations, or groups of volunteers, who have demonstrated great teamwork, provided support and encouragement for other volunteers, and made a significant and positive impact through working together.

Making a Difference Award
For an organisation or individual who has made a tangible difference in their community which demonstrates a substantial improvement to the lives of others. Alternatively, it could be presented to an organisation or individual (of any age) who have personally made a difference to their own lives by demonstrating courage, bravery, determination and strength during difficult circumstances and is an inspiration to others. 

Environmentalist & Climate Change Award
For an individual, group of people or organisation who have provided a service to improve the environment for the benefit of their local community.  This may be achieved through education initiatives or providing practical support and solutions to combat the effects of climate change with the borough.
