The Borough Election were held in all 14 wards of Runnymede on Thursday 4 May 2023.
One out of three seats in all its 14 wards will be contested.
To vote in this year’s election you must be registered to vote.
Local elections give residents the opportunity to vote for Runnymede Borough councillors who decide on services at a local level, such as planning, housing, parks and green spaces, leisure and community centres, recycling and waste collections and many more local services.
Voter ID
There will be a legal requirement to show photo ID at polling stations The government has introduced a national requirement for voters to show photo ID when voting at a polling station at some elections. This new requirement applies for the first time across England at the local elections on Thursday 4 May 2023.
