If you subscribed to our garden waste collection service and are moving out of the Runnymede area you need to cancel your garden waste subscription.

Customers paying by Direct Debit will need to cancel the Direct Debit with their bank. We are sorry but we do not offer refunds.
Moving within Runnymede
Customers who are moving within the Runnymede area can move the garden waste bins to the new property.
If you want to transfer your subscription to another address within the borough it is your responsibility to move the bin(s) and notify The Council of the change of address by completing the online form or calling customer services
