All sites are managed by Runnymede Borough Council, courts are fenced off and access pin code gates controlled via the ClubSpark booking platform. Flood lit courts at Chertsey Recreational Ground are controlled by the ClubSpark booking system meaning they are turned on and off via the booking system. Courts have a porous asphalt and bitumen macadam surface, net posts and nets are provided on site.

The courts available for coaching provisions are

Park Tennis courts
Chertsey Recreation Ground  2 (Unavailable for coaching)
Gogmore Farm Park 1
Heathervale Recreation Ground 3 (Unavailable for coaching)

Courts will be operational when the park is accessible to the public, all sessions are required to end 15 minutes before the park is closed. The courts can be viewed at any time during park opening hours.

Courts at Chertsey Recreation Ground are used by a local Netball league, meaning that there are some days and times where the courts will be in use for Netball and will therefore not be available for tennis coaching. Chertsey Recreation Ground is the only site with flood lights.
