Set up a direct debit

Direct Debit is a really easy way of making regular payments to us. You can set up a Direct Debit to pay for the following services:

Bank transfer or standing order

You can pay for the following services via your own bank's internet payment system:

  • Council tax
  • Business Rates
  • Rent
  • Sundry debtors invoices

You will need your reference or account number when making your payment. Our bank account details are:

  • Sort code: 30-80-12

If you are making a payment from abroad you will need:

  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number): GB85 LOYD 3080 1211 2080 60
  • BIC (Bank Identifier Code): LOYDGB21F09

When setting up a standing order, include the amount, reference, when and how often you want the payment to come out. 

Post Office and Pay Point

There are various Pay Point outlets and Post Offices across the borough where you can make payments. Use the Pay Point Locator to find your nearest Pay Point outlet.

The barcode on the front of your bill will be scanned and you will be given a receipt. You can pay by cash, debit card or cheque. Please note that it can take up to six working days before your payment will reach your account.
