Charges
There are no charges for material which is published and accessed on our website. They are therefore provided free of charge.
Where charges may apply
- Charges may apply for information provided under this scheme where they are legally authorised, they are in all circumstances, including the general principles of the right of access to information held by public authorities, justified and are in accordance with our published schedule for schedules of fees which is readily available to the public
- Data sets - charges may also apply for making datasets (or parts of datasets) that are relevant copyright works available for re-use. These charges will be in accordance with either regulations made under section 11B of the Freedom of Information Act or other enactments.

Staff Time - For any requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 any charges for staff time will be at £25.00 per hour (any charges for VAT are in addition to this).

Disbursements – In addition, charges may also be made for any actual disbursements incurred such as
- photocopying,
- postage and packaging
- the costs directly incurred as a consequence of viewing information
If a charge is payable, we will let you know the amount due and how to pay it. Please note that payment may be requested prior to provision of the information. This would mean that we are unable to disclose the information sought until the payment has been received and processed.

Our current photocopying charges are
- A4: 30 pence per page
- A3: 40 pence per page
