Premises licence fee scam
There have been reported instances of fraud throughout the UK, whereby alcohol licence holders have been contacted by fraudsters and advised that their licence has expired and requires renewal. We wanted to raise awareness and alert licence holders of the potential threat and ask that you ensure that you always confirm the legitimacy of any request for a licence fee payment.
