Runnymede Borough Council is committed to regenerating the Borough's town centres, as well as improving infrastructure and public facilities in the area. The regeneration of Addlestone Town Centre is already well advanced, and the Council has entered into a development agreement with Places for People to pursue further regeneration schemes including Egham Town Centre and Egham Orbit.
