Notice boards

We change the notice board posters at regular intervals. If your poster is time sensitive, we ask that they be sent to us at least five weeks before the date of the event. There are limited number of spaces available, and during busy periods we may not be able to display your posters in the next cycle, even if they have arrived in good time.

To request posters be displayed on all noticeboards, please send 24 copies in A4 portrait format to the following address. If you only want posters to be displayed in a specific town or village, please send a smaller number and specify which boards you would like them displayed on. The board numbers can be found on the interactive map on the previous page.

We are unable to accept posters by email or:

• any flyers or posters that are not in the correct format, such as A5 flyers or A4 landscape posters,

• posters for profit making events or organisations,

• posters which promote or support political views or activities,

• posters that could be seen to be discriminatory or deemed inappropriate, and

• we prioritise posters from groups which are based in the borough, or which promote events taking place within the borough.
