Aimed at the over 55 and free to attend, the centres in Addlestone, Egham and New Haw are fully accessible. Trained staff are on hand to make you feel welcome and provide support.

For just £4.95 a freshly cooked, nutritious, hot two course lunch is available, and a wide range of dietary needs can be catered for. In addition, you can purchase a variety of hot and cold drinks and snacks.

All centres have a car park and are located close to bus stops. Alternatively, for £5 return, door-to-door transport can be arranged for you via the Community Transport service.

As well as good company and good food, the centres have on-site hairdressing and foot care services by appointment at competitive prices.

Social centres are run and provided by Runnymede Borough Council. They enable older residents to engage and participate in their community and access facilities and recreational opportunities, one of the objectives from the council’s Health and Wellbeing strategy.

As well as providing a valued and much needed community space during the day our centres are available to hire evenings and weekends for small groups looking for a regular venue.
