How are you? Tell us in a new health and wellbeing survey.
North West Surrey Health and Care Alliance in partnership with Runnymede Borough Council, has launched a survey to gather views on health and wellbeing from Runnymede residents.
North West Surrey Health and Care Alliance is a partnership of local health, social care, voluntary sector and Runnymede Borough Council professionals who have come together to help improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of local people. That’s where we would like to know what is important to you.
The survey covers a number of areas - access to physical and mental healthcare, public transport, health and wellbeing, lifestyle and housing.
The findings of the survey will enable the Alliance to understand what is important to Runnymede residents, which will help in future planning of services.
Jack Wagstaff, Alliance Chief Officer, said:
This is a chance for residents to tell us what matters when it comes to their health and wellbeing and the support they need. We want to tailor local services to the needs of local people so it is vital we understand what people think works well and where improvements could be made. Please take the time to give us your thoughts and help to shape future services.
Please make sure you submit your survey before midnight Tuesday 20 September 2022.
