The Council has a dedicated Housing Navigator who is able to support you if you are rough sleeping.

We will work with you to help you move off the streets into safe, secure accommodation and help to tackle the root causes of your rough sleeping. We will also, where appropriate, help you to access health, employment, and welfare support.
Should you experience a housing crisis or homeless emergency outside of the Council office opening hours, the Council do operate an out of hours officer that can be contacted on 01932 838383.
If you are concerned about someone who is rough sleeping, you can also visit https://thestreetlink.org.uk/ to report your concerns which will be sent directly to our Outreach services.
