Between January 2024 and March 2024, we wrote to all tenants, sent emails, social media posts and held drop in sessions around the Borough.
After considering all the feedback, we have decided to invite tenants to take part in a focus group. This will help us ensure the new Tenancy Agreement is clear and easy to understand before it is presented to the Housing Committee in September 2024, for approval.
