The Council is again working with Acuity Research to carry out this year’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Acuity are currently writing to all tenants to invite them to take part.
Please give us your opinion of Council Housing Services by completing the survey on-line, using the unique reference code in your letter.
Alternatively, use the FREEPOST envelope to return your completed survey. For help with completing the survey, including responding by phone or in an alternative language, please contact Acuity on Acuity@arap.co.uk or 01273 287114.
Every tenant who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. Acuity will select four responses at random for a prize of £50 shopping vouchers each.
Responses will be strictly confidential. Acuity will report the findings to the Council without identifying individual residents.
The survey findings will be shared with residents in February and will also be reported to the Regulator of Social Housing. The Regulator has recently published last year’s results for all social landlords at Tenant satisfaction in the social housing sector on GOV.UK
