In August, we were awarded an EROSH accreditation, which is good news for our Independent Retirement Living (IRL) tenants.

EROSH is national consortium for older people’ housing and support, with its own quality standards framework.

This award shows we’re committed

  • Good quality older people’ housing and support
  • Residents are involved in service improvements
  • Services are affordable, accessible, and inclusive
  • Staff are regularly trained
  • Residents aren’t isolated or lonely

IRL residents were involved in the assessment and the Council will be assessed by EROSH every year to ensure we continue to meet these high standards.
