Engagement and Inclusion Officer

Outline houses in a street

Hi, I’m Kate Hall and I am the Engagement and Inclusion Officer here at Runnymede Borough Council.

The Council is investing in listening to and working with tenants and leaseholders of Runnymede Borough Council. One way we want to do this is by increasing the opportunities provided to you to voice your opinion. This can be in involvement groups, resident associations, events, emails, online forums, focus groups, and much more!  Both one-off and more committed options are available and can work around your availability and lifestyle.

By engaging with you we can improve the services the Council provides, such as repairs and reporting anti-social behaviour. If you feel that changes need to be made to your environment, we can work together to make improvements.

Submit an idea for the newsletter

We want the newsletter to be tenant focused and what better way to do it than to involve tenants more. So, if you have an article for the tenants' newsletter we would love to hear it and we will also enter you into a prize draw for a £25 gift card
