Balcony Safety Policy

We are asking tenants views on whether smoking should be banned on balconies.

Estate Improvement Policy

Tenants can make suggestions for estate improvements and we will assess the proposal together.

We are also asking tenants to be involved in creating our Repairs Handbook and Anti-Social Behaviour review.

Mobility Scooter Policy

From listening to tenants' views, we now give residents in our Independent Retirement Living scheme's free Portable Appliance Testing and we give clear information on insurance.

Garage Strategy

We want to assure residents that any redevelopment of garages will not happen for number of yeat and further consultation will take place. Residents will be given the option to rent an alternative garage.

Closed consultations

CCTV Policy

This policy on video doorbells and other CCTV says cameras must not film communal areas like hallways in flats or affect people's privacy. You can request permission on our website or by contacting your Area Housing Manager.

Support with Moving Policy

This policy aims to improve how we offer helping hand to tenants wishing to move to smaller and more manageable home with financial and practical support. Tenants' views have influenced this policy and goes to Housing Committee to be approved on 8 March 2023.

Private Rented Sector Offer Policy

We sometimes offer home in the private rented sector to prevent households from becoming homeless  and households that are already in temporary accommodation. We are reviewing the responses received and feedback will be available soon.
