- your contact details
- your bank details
In order to request a refund your account must be in credit and you must provide a reason for why you are requesting a refund.
You will be required to enter your account reference number so that we know which account the refund relates to.
A refund for a credit where there are joint names on the Council Tax account requires confirmation from all of the residents. When completing this form, you will need to confirm that you have consulted and agreed on details of the refund with all other residents of the property.
