Comment on a planning application

Runnymede Borough Council have an obligation to make submitted planning applications available to the public for review. An opportunity to make representations is also provided for certain application types in line with Government planning rules.

For the purposes of transparency RBC also publish any representation submitted by the public.

To comment you must provide your name and address. Your comment is your opportunity to tell us your opinion on this planning application. We do not respond to questions posed in submitted comments in representations.

If a planning application is resubmitted and you wish for comments you have made on a previous application to be considered, then you must resubmit these again for any subsequent applications received as these cannot be carried across.

Note

You will not be able to save this form to complete later. You get 10 minutes to complete each page of the form so you might want to prepare your comments in advance. The form will give you the choice to either submit comments via a text box or via a single attachment.

If responding by the text box, it may be best to copy and paste your comments into the comments box to avoid any risk of the form timing out.

For longer representations a single attachment file may be provided in Word or PDF formats, any images or figures should be incorporated into the body of this document as single comprehensive document. There currently no file size limit for this document.
