Purpose
The ASB Case Review is an important statutory safety net for victims of ASB behave who believe they have not had a satisfactory response to their complaints about anti-social behaviour.
Where the threshold is met, victims can require the relevant bodies in the local area to undertake a review of the case, and those bodies have a statutory duty to undertake that review.
The review gives victims an opportunity to have their voices heard through a multi-agency panel meeting with a view to producing a comprehensive action plan for how the ASB will be addressed.
