What is not suitable
- If someone has reported ASB and been given a timescale for response, which has not expired. The ASB Case Review Coordinator will contact the officer, department or agency who have received the reports detailed on the ASB case review submission form to ensure they have oversight of the issue
- If someone has reported ASB and received a service but they are unhappy with the conduct of a particular agency. They will be advised to submit a complaint under the agency's complaints procedure
An ASB Case Review will not include a review of any decisions made by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
If a victim is not satisfied with a decision made by the CPS, this should be progressed directly with the CPS via their complaints process or Victim's Right to Review Scheme, both available on the website below
