- Electrical circuits, sockets, and switches
- Pipes, baths, sinks, basins, toilets, taps and mixer showers fitted by the Council
- Annual service of Council gas appliances
Communal areas
- lifts and entry phones
- fire detection and emergency lighting
- shared entrances, halls, stairs, and passages
- painting the inside and outside of shared areas
- parking areas
