Egham and Staines Conservation Volunteers meet once a fortnight throughout the year in the Runnymede and Spelthorne areas. We perform a variety of tasks, all aimed at improving the local environment.

6 July 2025 - The Ranges
Continuing our work at the willow plantation and kids camp. Parking in the field.

20 July 2025 - Studios walk
With Spelthorne, we’ll be carrying out pathway maintenance, cutting the grass and scrub back from the sides. Also, installing hazel dormice boxes across the site. Parking in Ash Road.

With Shepperton Village Conservation Group, we'll be cutting back new growth in and around the ditch. Parking in school lane or Burchetts Way.

21 September 2025 - Studios walk
Grassland area maintenance with Spelthorne. Cutting the grass sward in sections at varied heights to allow different wildlife to make use of the space. Parking in Ash Road.
