What happens next?
The next Satisfaction Survey will take place in Autumn 2024. In our Annual Report to tenants we will provide an update on our service improvement plan, including:
- New contract for cleaning of communal areas
- Improved management of antisocial behaviour
- Complaints handling
- Better information on the website and One Account
