If there is less than two months to your event you will need to pay at the time of booking. When there is more than two months you can either

  • pay in full 
  • opt to have an invoice which will need to be paid two months before your event date

You will be able to access the hall for the period of your booking. When making your booking make sure you give yourself enough time before and after your event for setting up and clearing up.

Yes. All hired facilities and communal areas used (including toilets) must be left clean and tidy (as you found them). Rubbish must be bagged and placed in the bins outside. The dishwasher should be emptied, and all crockery put away. We provide a mop and bucket but you will need to provide your own cleaning materials and bags for the rubbish.

Yes, the hirer must be over 21.

Animals are not permitted in the centre or its grounds unless with the express permission from Centre Manager. Assistance dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. The award of live animals as prizes is prohibited.

The Hirer IS NOT permitted to bring alcohol onto the premises without prior consent. If the Hirer wishes to sell or supply alcohol to invitees, they may be required to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Runnymede Borough Council Licensing Department. Staff will check on the day to ensure you have adhered to any permissions granted. No alcohol allowed, unless bar is booked - bar is only booked for a minimum of 30 adults.

No 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st Birthday Parties are permitted for hire.

We require a copy of the Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for a minimum of £5 million from your third-party provider prior to your event. It can be uploaded via the booking form or through the Manage Your Booking form included in your confirmation email.

Sign in to One Account and find Manage Your Booking, where you have a form and you can amend any of your bookings.

Cancellations with 1 months’ notice will have a full refund of any hire fees already paid. Cancellations made within two weeks or fewer prior to the event, will not be entitled to a refund.

Yes, if the hirer overruns the booked time, causes any damage to the hall, its furniture, or equipment, or leaves the hall in an unclean condition, they will incur additional charges.

We will try our best to book you in but we will need at least two weeks notice. Full payment and all paperwork must be submitted before your event and there will be no refunds.
