We will prioritise works directly related to shopfront improvements. This includes
- New shopfronts
- Repairs, restorations, painting or maintenance to existing shopfronts
- Reinstatement of original architectural features
- Replacement of external security shutters with internal open grille-style shutters
- Replacements to signage (and/or lighting) that is more in keeping with the area
- Awning, Stall riser, pilaster
- Works to building frontages above shopfront:
- Repairs to façade render / pointing
- Repairs to windows/replacement windows

The scheme will consider any improvement which is deemed to improve the general look and feel of the building and is sympathetic to the surrounding area.
We will also consider other material improvements to building frontages including
- Planters/window boxes
- Painting
- Outdoor tables and seating (subject to pavement license applications)
