Our Beautiful Borough photography competition terms and conditions
Entries to the Our Beautiful Borough nature and wildlife photography competition have now closed. Thank you so much to all those that took part and we aim to announce the winners during Great Big Green Week between 8 and 16 June 2024.
- Anyone can enter the photography competition; however the entered photographs must be taken within Runnymede borough. Each photograph must be accompanied by the photo location and a short description of what is shown.
- Each individual photographer can submit a maximum of 3 photographs to the competition. These must be submitted by either directly emailing climatechange@runnymede.gov.uk, or using WeTransfer.
- Photographs must be submitted between the 15th April and 2nd June 2024. Any photographs submitted outside of these dates will not be considered for the competition.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are the original author of any submitted photographs, and you have permission from all people pictured for it to be used.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you give permission for Runnymede Borough Council to use any submitted photographs in publicity or on social media associated with the competition.
- Following the competition closing date, photographs submitted will be judged in two categories (under 18 and 18 & over) and winning entries chosen. We are not able to provide feedback or further contact to entrants beyond the competition winners.
- Any photographs found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be immediately excluded from consideration.
