HUGGG vouchers
Funding has been made available by the UK Government to provide crisis support to vulnerable Surrey residents who are most in need and struggling to afford food and household bills.
If you have received a Huggg voucher you will need to redeem it in order to get a groceries gift card valid at Aldi, Asda, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco or Waitrose stores.
Click the link provided in the email/SMS (if received by letter please enter the 16-digit code on huggg website..
On the next page, click 'Tell me more'.
On the next page, please read the text carefully and then click 'Claim Now'.
You now need to select which supermarket you'd like to shop at. Please read the T&C's below before you do.
This step cannot be undone, so please make doubly sure you're happy with your selection before toggling the button next to 'I'm sure and ready to claim'. Then, hit 'Claim Now'.
Hit 'Click for your voucher' to reveal the voucher for your chosen supermarket.
This final screen (with branding for the supermarket you have chosen) is the screen you will need to pay for your shopping. Please show the voucher at checkout.
No smartphone? No problem
You can also access it by computer and print the voucher to take in-store. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact your sender to ask if they're able to print the voucher(s) for you.
