This study defines the nature and distribution of open space in the borough of Runnymede.
Open Space Study 2016
The Open Space Study has been produced in line with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and paragraph 73 of the NPPF, which sets out that planning policies should be based on robust and up-to-date assessments of the needs for open space, sports and recreation facilities and opportunities for new provision.
The Open Space Study was republished on 15 February 2017. The only amendment made was the removal of out-of-date Site ID numbers on some of the maps within the document. The remainder of the document remains unchanged. This can be viewed below:
